Our Mission

We walk with every family, through every phase of rebuilding.

For stroke survivors and their families, life changes in an instant, yet recovery takes months, even years. We provide personalized support, restore hope, and equip families with the tools, care, and clarity to move forward.

Our Story

From our founders

Pathways to Triumph exists because we've lived it. Meet the Warrior and Caregiver behind the foundation.

Our foundation was born out of the messy, beautiful, often invisible work of rebuilding life after stroke. We know what it feels like to stare down a diagnosis that rewrites the future overnight, and we know what it takes to keep walking forward anyway.

We started Pathways to Triumph so no family would have to navigate that road alone. Every program we build, every device we deliver, every ride we provide, every Troop member we welcome — all of it is built from lived experience and shaped by the stories of the Warriors and Caregivers we serve.
